Foodie Find: Shanghai Hand-Pulled Noodles

In a cold rainy day like this there's nothing better than having a bowl of hot noodles to warm your stomach much more if it's an authentic one and oozing with flavors. I'm talking nonetheless about my new find in Amoranto, the Shanghai Hand Pulled Noodles.

Shanghai Hand-Pulled Noodles has been on the business for quite sometime now and Inever bothered to pay attention to it until recently. Thanks though for the weather now I got the chance to try this one out.

That small window over there is where the cook makes the noodles
What I like about this place is that you can actually watch how the noodles were made. Yep! Its hand-pulled hence the name of the resto. The place is small but comfortable and spacious enough to enjoy your food and your company as well.

What I ordered...

Shanghai Chicken Noodles with Dumplings
What my brother ordered...

Seafood Noodles
The noodles were perfectly made, it doesn't have that smell that other authentic noodles have. The sweetness and spiciness complement each other that just give off a vibrant WOW. The serving was huge for a regular bowl it could already feed two hungry people. My brother and I both ordered regular servings, we didn't finished it so we had ours for take out. The toppings was serve generously, the chicken was tender and flavorful. The dumplings, is a WOW! The best I've ever tasted so far, i would definitely want another of that.

Shanghai Hand-Pulled noodles didn't failed us from the serving, the ambiance and the taste of their food. We will definitely go back to taste other dishes, they also serve rice meals. FYI. And the dumplings! That's a must try!
